Raising the Bar! - Commitment to Quality First
|
On Sept. 29, the 16 PANPHA/AAHSA members comprising the Lancaster Area Senior Services (LASS) held a "Quality-First" pledge signing ceremony. Quality First is a nationwide, profession-wide effort to "raise the bar" on quality and on achieving a process of continuous improvement in long-term care.
