Medicare D Prescription Coverage Open Enrollment Event
|
The Masonic Village will be hosting an event which allows Medicare
beneficiaries to have a drug plan comparison completed and to enroll in
a Medicare D plan. This event is open to anyone needing to choose a
Medicare D plan or anyone who wants to choose a different plan than they
currently have.
It will be held on Friday, Nov. 17, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the
Brossman Ballroom in the Freemasons Cultural Center at Masonic Village,
One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown. Once on the Masonic Village campus,
follow signs for the Freemason Cultural Center. There is no need to
pre-register.
We ask that you bring the following information with you so we can
provide you with accurate information about which plan might be best for
you:
your Medicare card; a current list of your medications, including the
dosage and frequency you take them; the name of your pharmacy; and if
you are currently enrolled in a Medicare D plan (please bring that card,
as well).
