Miss Elsie M. Foellner, a resident of the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, celebrated her 102nd birthday on October 1.

A native of Philadelphia, Miss Foellner taught cooking to seventh and eighth grade girls.

Today, she loves playing BINGO. Her advice for longevity is to, "Live from day to day and do the best you can."
