Name of Marketplace Unveiled - Introducing Sycamore Square!
At a June 1 media event on the Elizabethtown campus, Susquehanna Real Estate, Wagman Construction, Inc. - The Urban Group and Joseph E. Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, announced the name and unveiled the sign of the proposed Marketplace - Sycamore Square, which will be built on the edge of campus adjacent to the Elizabethtown Amtrak Station. Sycamore Square is an integral part of the Masonic Village's master plan, which was created to devise a systematic approach to growth and a shared vision for the future of Elizabethtown.

In addition to the Marketplace, Masonic Village's master plan includes the possibility for additional retirement living cottages and apartments, more assisted living units and recreational opportunities, a hotel, a centralized arts/cultural center, a 55+ community, a new wellness center, relocation of the main entrance and additional parking. Throughout the process, the focus will include optimizing the architecture and natural beauty of the campus while maintaining its distinctive character and preserving meadows, orchards and farmland.
