Tracy Leja Named Assistant Executive Director
|
Tracy A. Leja, N.H.A, is joining the Masonic Village at
Sewickley team as the assistant executive director.
In her new position, she will provide leadership in planning,
organizing, directing and coordinating all facets of the continuing care
retirement community with specific responsibility for operation of the
nursing home and assisted living facility, focusing on the provision of
continuous quality care and services.
She has 14 years of experience in the long term care field with
Extendicare Health Services, where she was the administrator at three of
their facilities over the past 10 years. Four years prior to that, she
served as a business office manager and assistant administrator. Most
recently, she was the administrator of Eldercrest Nursing Center.
Leja received her bachelor's degree in business administration and
nursing home administration from Robert Morris University. She also
received a 120-Hour Nursing Home Administration Certificate from the
university. She is the recipient of several Extendicare awards.
Leja is taking over the position held by Robert Kocent, due to his
recent promotion to executive director.
She resides in South Park.
