Stephenson Joins Masonic Village Team
|
Nancy P. Stephenson, RN, has been appointed director of nursing
at the Masonic Village at Warminster.
In her new position, Stephenson is responsible for providing
leadership and support for health promotion and quality health services
to residents of the
community, which includes recruiting, retaining and training employees.
She has been in the nursing field for more than 30 years. Prior
to coming to the Masonic Village, she worked as director of nursing at
Moravian Village of
Bethlehem.
She has also been employed with Lifequest in Quakertown, Good
Shepherd Home in Bethlehem, Lake Erie Institute of Rehab, York Rehab and
York Hospital.
Stephenson received her diploma in nursing from
Presbyterian-University Hospital, now known as the University of
Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is qualified in
handling abuse, legal issues, CPR, advanced cardiac life support and
non-violent crisis intervention, and has had quality indicator training.
She resides in Quakertown with her husband, Jeff. They have
three children and one granddaughter.
