Masonic Village Resident Celebrates 100th Birthday
|
Mrs. Olive L. Gramling, a resident of Masonic Village at Elizabethtown, will celebrate
her 100th birthday on June 11.
A native of Johnstown, Pa., Mrs. Gramling likes to keep busy. She retired in 2000
as manager of Westgate Garden Apartments in Harrisburg. She volunteered for 39
years for Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. She was also involved
with Campfire Girls and Girl Scouts.
Mrs. Gramling is a member of the Red Hat Society and Order of the Eastern Star,
Chapter No. 495. She loves to read, especially books by her favorite author, Danielle
Steele.
She and her late husband, Irvin, have one son, Wade, of Camp Hill, Pa., two
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Her advice for longevity is "just keep movin'!"
