Founded in 1871, the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, formerly the Masonic Home of Pennsylvania, joined the Masonic Villages of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania in 2004.

The community offers skilled nursing services, assisted living services and retirement living accommodations for approximately 250 residents.
