Training and leadership development are central to the Foundation's mission, and some of our most powerful leadership development experiences happen through our conference services.

The LifeSkills Conference is an exciting team-building and relationship-building conference designed especially for PMYF by Thom Stecher, an original developer of the well-known PA Student Assistance Program. For older youth, we're now offering the LifeChangers Conference as well.

We offer periodic training programs, both for youth and adult leaders, addressing particular needs within the groups we serve.

We also provide for conference facilities for use by D.A.R.E., the Student Assistance Program, and other Education and Prevention Programs we support.
