| On December 7, 2005 the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania voted to merge its two sole-ownership non-profit corporations, the Pennsylvania Youth Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Masonic Foundation for Children, effective January 1, 2006. A new Board of Directors was appointed to determine which programs will be continued under the new structure. Further details will be explained at www.pagrandlodge.org/pyf as they develop.
