The 2008 Secretary Seminars will follow a similar format as the 2007 Seminars including the use of break-out sessions.
All Secretaries, Assistant Lodge Secretaries, and District Deputy Grand Masters are invited to attend one of these Seminars.

The morning session will consist of general informational topics for all participants. After lunch we will provide optional break-out sessions for those who wish to attend.
Schedule for Seminars:
| 9:00 a.m. | Coffee, Tea and Danish will be provided |
| 9:30 a.m. | Seminar will begin |
| 12:00 p.m. | Lunch will be served |
| 1:00 p.m. | Seminar resumes |
The break-out sessions will include the Cash Book, Orientation for New Secretaries and General Question and Answers.
We ask that you indicate on your Registration Form which break-out session you will attend. (You may only attend one session)
In an attempt to assist us in preparing for the morning session we ask you to send us any suggestions you may have on a matter of interest that you feel would be helpful to the Lodge Secretary and that we should include in our Agenda. You may send your suggestions separately, or add them to your registration form.
It is necessary for you to notify our Office no later than January 16, 2008 indicating which Seminar you will attend and indicate which break-out session by completing and forwarding the Registration Form.
