DeMolay Leaders Recognized

On Saturday, July 16th, R.W. Senior Grand Warden Stephen Gardner presented the Grand Lodge Hodegos Awards to three long-time DeMolay Advisors: Thomas R. Labagh, Executive Officer of Pennsylvania DeMolay; David W. Berry, Executive Secretary of Pennsylvania DeMolay; and Joseph C. Preletz, a 12-year Advisor for Reading Chapter, Order of DeMolay.

The presentation was made during the Annual Awards Banquet at the Pennsylvania DeMolay Convention held in Bethlehem. Bro. Samuel C. Williamson, RWPGM, who received the Hodegos Award at the June Quarterly Communication, assisted Gardner in the presentation.

The charter class of Hodegos Award recipients recognized for service to DeMolay include Robert L. Engel, who also received the award in June with Williamson, and William M. Glose, III, who has been active with the DeMolay program for over fifty years.
