New Homes at Dallas are Going Quickly!

dallasInterested Persons are Urged to Call Now for Best Selection!

Since our newest retirement community in Dallas, Pa., was announced in March, we have received a tremendous response. The first phase will include 38 cottages and 44 apartments. Well over 60 percent of the units have been reserved, as news of the new community has been generating much excitement in the area. Those who have the foresight to plan ahead, complete priority applications and pre-reserve accommodations will have first opportunity when it comes time to choose their unit and location of preference.

The opportunity for the Masonic Village at Dallas is a result of a joint venture between the Irem Shrine and the Masonic Villages of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. Therefore, this may very well be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in one of the premier golf retirement communities in the country, located on the grounds of the beautiful Irem Country Club.

The Dallas community is establishing relationships to allow residents the opportunity to take advantage of recreational, wellness, cultural, educational and social resources within the surrounding community. Dallas also has established preferred provider agreements with a few select health care service providers within close proximity to the Irem Country Club to ensure peace of mind for residents who might need access to assisted living and/or health care services.

The Dallas community is developing a master plan for potential future growth on the country club's premier golf course. Enhancements to the country club buildings and grounds are planned as development of the community moves forward.

The Masonic Village at Dallas offers a dynamic lifestyle, peace of mind, security and location, location, location! Call the Marketing Office at (866) 851-4243 to learn more. Or, complete and mail the coupon.

Masonic Village at Dallas hosted a Fall Day of Fellowship with friends from Masonic Village at Elizabethtown and future residents of Dallas on September 27 on the grounds of the Irem Golf Course. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to participate in a captain/crew shotgun start golf tournament, followed by a social hour and dinner in the Terrace Room, with breathtaking views overlooking the spectacular greens. This was the first organized social event held at the Dallas community.

Similar events are being planned for the months to come, as the community proceeds with development, to provide the incoming residents the opportunity to begin establishing relationships with their future neighbors long before they move to their new home.

dallas1Guests were delighted to have the honor of R.W. Grand Master William Slater II, R.W. Deputy Grand Master Ronald A. Aungst, Sr. and R.W. Past Grand Master Marvin A. Cunningham, Sr. and his wife Rosalie's presence and sharing of the fellowship during the evening's activities.
