On behalf of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Lt. Gov. Mark Schweiker presented R.W. Grand Master James L. Ernette with a plaque giving special recognition to the Masons of Pennsylvania for the outstanding support of D.A.R.E. and its programs by the Pennsylvania Masonic Foundation for Children. Law enforcement officers from all over the Commonwealth are trained for the D.A.R.E. program at the Masonic Conference Center on the Patton Campus at Elizabethtown.
