In accordance with Article 5.01 of the "Ahiman Rezon," there will be no election of Grand Officers and Committee on Masonic Homes this year.

However, action will be had upon the following proposed Amendments to the Ahiman Rezon so that the same as amended shall read as follows:

Whereas, Article 16.01 provides requirements for the collars of Grand Officers; and

Whereas, it has been determined that the collar of the Junior Grand Warden should allow for four stars rather than the three presently afforded to him.

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Article 16.01 should be amended to read as follows:

Whereas, dual membership was permitted in Pennsylvania after December 1993 when changes were made to Article 19.09 of the "Ahiman Rezon" and Article 64.1 of the "Digest of Decisions" whereby membership was permitted in two lodges at the same time and no more; and

Whereas, many members who now hold primary and secondary membership in lodges either in this Jurisdiction or in another Jurisdiction desire to hold membership in additional Pennsylvania lodges; and

Whereas, permission to hold membership in more than two lodges requires introduction of plural membership in the Jurisdiction of Pennsylvania.

Now, therefore, be it resolved, that Article 19.09 be amended to allow for plural membership, so that, as amended, Article 19.09 will read as follows:
