mveMarketplace in Planning Stages

The Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is working in conjunction with Wagman Construction, Inc., to possibly develop a marketplace at the main entrance to the campus, as part of its 20-year master plan. The project could involve renovating four of the historic stone buildings, and building on adjacent property in that area to accommodate some convenient services for Masonic Village residents and staff, as well as the Elizabethtown community.

In addition to relocating the farm market to this more convenient location, this marketplace would be an ideal location for a mixed-use commercial, retail and office development for such amenities as a restaurant, dry cleaner, retail shop, bank, hotel or medical or other business offices. Initial occupancy is projected for 2005.

Wagman Construction Inc., is conducting a marketing feasibility study for developing this project. For more information and to discuss lease opportunities, contact Lisa Wagman Glezer at 717-577-4252 or lisawagman@wagman.com.
