The Pennsylvania Lodge of Research will meet 1 p.m.. Saturday, Dec. 1, in the Greensburg Masonic Center, Donohoe and George's Station Rds., Greensburg. Thomas W. Jackson, R.W.P.G.S. and Worshipful Master of the Lodge, said that two Masonic research papers will be presented. All Master Masons are invited to attend. The Pennsylvania Lodge of Research was warranted last Dec. 27 and held its initial meeting on June 9 at Elizabethtown. Membership is open to all Master Masons of recognized lodges. Membership in the Lodge of Research does not constitute dual membership. Information and petitions may be obtained from Charles S. Canning, Secretary, 2938 Chew St., Allentown, PA 18104. The membership fee is $50 and the annual dues are $25. All who join prior to this Dec. 27 will be considered charter members and will receive a lodge membership jewel. This is considered a "traveling lodge" that will meet semi-annually at selected sites throughout the jurisdiction. |
