Brother Nathan A. Foster, DDGM, 15th Masonic District congratulates Brother Martin W. Migliori, P.M. & PDDGM for receiving the Grand Lodge Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouting Award. The award was presented during a ceremony held at Factoryville Lodge No. 341's annual St. John's Day Banquet on January 17, 2005 recognizes Brother Migliori's extraordinary service to the Boy Scouts of America.
