On April 29, 2006, the 36th Masonic District hosted a Masonic CHIP Program during the Multicultural Health and Wellness Fair at Highland Park Elementary School, Upper Darby, Pa. Eighty-four children were CHIP'd at the event. Later that day, the Grand Master received the following voice mail message from a grateful mother:

"I'm calling to extend thanks to some of your volunteers that I met today at Highland Park School in Upper Darby. There was an event at the school, and they did the Masonic Child Identification Program. I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with how professional and kind the volunteers were for that event, and I'd like you to pass that along to them that I really appreciate what they're doing for people. I think it's really great... Thank you."
