Two Students Granted Law Enforcement Scholarships Two Pennsylvania students have received the Grand Masters' Law Enforcement Scholarships for 2003. In May, the Scholarship Committee of The Pennsylvania Masonic Foundation for Children selected Joseph Tyler Covey of Athens and Justin L. Fehr of Wexford. Both will be attending Pennsylvania State University. Each was granted $2,500 a year for four years to help them to pursue their careers. The Law Enforcement Scholarships were established in 1998 when then-Grand Master James L. Ernette, R.W.P.G.M., a retired State Trooper, sought to aid youth who desired a career in law enforcement. |
