Kennett Lodge Gives A.E.D. to Sheriff's Department
Kennett Lodge No. 475, Kennett Square, presented an automated external defibrillator (A.E.D.) to the Chester County Sheriff's Department as part of the Operation Heartbeat Program of the American Heart Association. Jason Constant, W.M. (center), presented the A.E.D. to Andrew E. Dinniman, Chester County Commissioner, and Sheriff Carolyn Welsh. At left are Cpl. Wayne O'Connell and County Commissioner Colin A.
