For the third consecutive year in the month of March, a law enforcement degree team conferred a Master Mason's degree on F.B.I. personnel in Harmony Lodge No. 429, Zelienople. This year, by virtue of a dispensation, a degree was conferred on two members at the same time, a first in Harmony Lodge. Bro. James J. Knights (front, center) conferred the degree on Rev. Stephen McKeown (front, second from left), Chaplain, F.B.I., Pittsburgh, and Ronald F. Zeller, (front, second from right), Telecommunications Manager, F.B.I., Pittsburgh. At front right is S. Robert Marzianno, D.D.G.M., 26th Masonic District, and at front left is Robert E. Burtt, W.M. In the background are members of the Masonic law enforcement degree team who participated in the conferral of the degree. The conferring officer, Bro. Knights, also of the F.B.I., received his M.M. degree in March 1999.
