Close to the Action, Far Above the Crowd

Enjoy the culture and recreational opportunities that historic downtown Philadelphia has to offer and return to your luxurious apartment located in the suburbs of Montgomery County. At the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, residents can take advantage of an array of recreational activities from trips to Cape May to bowling in our in-house bowling alley. You can work out in our state-of-the-art wellness center or build something in our woodworking shop. We are full of choices, and the choice is yours!

If you visited our Village in the past, you may want to think about re-visiting. As our renovation efforts continue, you will be pleasantly surprised by all the changes that have taken place.

Phase I, which was completed in November 2006, included a complete remodeling of the nursing center and addition of more private rooms. Also included was the relocation of assisted living to the second floor, with a new dining room.

Phase II of our renovations, which is presently underway, will include 21 new deluxe apartments. All but a few have been reserved. New residents will be moving in as early as spring! Also to be completed during Phase II is a new retirement living dining room and a bistro.

Phase III will include construction of 85 new deluxe apartments connected to the existing building, which could be ready for occupancy as soon as fall 2008. These apartments, available in various floor plans, will include a balcony or patio, washer and dryer in each unit, walk-in closets and many more amenities. You may want a one-bedroom apartment, or perhaps the extra space of a two-bedroom apartment with a den. The choice is yours! We are currently taking reservations for these new apartments, so don't wait until they are all gone to make a decision. You can reserve one of these units for just $2,000, which is refundable should you change your mind.
