Bro. Bruce L. Caster, Jr., District Attorney for Montgomery County and Member of Charity Lodge No. 190, and his staff met with Brother Marvin A. Cunningham, Sr., the then R.W. Grand Master, on December 10, 2003 in the Masonic Temple, Philadelphia. Bro. Cunningham presented to Bro. Caster his Medallion depicting Bro. Winfield Scott Hancock, who was a Civil War hero and had been a Member of Charity Lodge No. 190. A group photo was taken to commemorate the presentation of the Grand Master's Medallion to Bro. Caster.
