21st Century "Colonists" Honor Bro. Washington The 21st century "colonists" are pictured (l-r): Harry L. Bauer, P.M.; James Jablonowski; Ronald D. Johnston; James R. Rainey, P.M.; Joseph F. Connors, P.M.; James E. Smith, P.M.; Bro. Roup, W.M.; Robert B. Kording, P.M.; Karl D. Gustafson; and Anton Anker, Jr., P.M. Recognizing that it was 250 years ago that Bro. and President George Washington was made a Mason, the officers of Plum Creek-Monroeville Lodge No. 799, Pittsburgh, came to their February stated meeting uniquely dressed for the occasion. With the proper dispensation and the presence of Kurt R. Tesche, D.D.G.M., 54th Masonic District, they conducted the meeting in garb reminiscent of Colonial days. The program for the evening was "George Washington: Patriot, President, and Brother" presented by Paul J. Roup, W.M. |
