Committee on Masonic Homes Approves Additional Construction in Sewickley!

Construction continues on phase one of retirement living at the Masonic Village at Sewickley.

The Committee on Masonic Homes approved the construction of phases two and three of retirement living at the Masonic Village at Sewickley. Construction of phase one began last Fall and will be completed in the Spring of 2003.

Phase one will offer 76 apartments and a clubhouse, featuring a branch bank, computer resource center, convenience store, hair care center, craft room, library, dining room, café, and administrative offices.

Phase two is scheduled to open for residents in the Summer of 2003, adding 76 apartments and 35 villas.

Phase three will complete the current retirement living area project in the Summer of 2004. This section will add 76 apartments, for a total of 228 apartments and 35 villas.
