It was just about "All in the Family" in November, December, and January when Richard A. Balas, P.M., conferred all three degrees on his son, Timothy M., in Oil City Lodge No. 710. For the degrees, the stations and places, except one, were filled by members of the family. Past Master Balas said, "Masonry has been a major part of my life for more than 30 years and . . . being able to confer all three degrees on my son far surpasses anything else."

The degree team pictured and their relationships to Bro. Timothy are (l-r): Front Wayne Balas, uncle; Edward Brown, P.M., cousin; Timothy; Past Master Balas, father; Charles W.
