Lodge No. 9 Places Seven A.E.D.s
Lodge No. 9, Philadelphia, in conjunction with the American Heart Association, placed seven automated external defribrillators (A.E.D.) with various organizations throughout the area. Three were distributed to fire companies at Red Hill, East Greenville, and Pennsburg; two to the Community and the Lower Frederick Regional Ambulance services; and one each to Evangelical Manor and the Baptist Home in Northeast Philadelphia. Three Past Masters (at right), Robert Austin, William M. Norris and George B. Scheerbaum, accompanied Lee L. Cram, W.M., and John A. Richards, Sec., to present the A.E.D. to the Lower Frederick Regional Ambulance service.
