Reunions for PA Masons in Florida Feb. 27- Mar. 1

This Feb. 27 through Mar. 1, R.W. Grand Master Marvin A. Cunningham, Sr., his wife, Rosalie, along with the other Grand Lodge Officers, members of the Committee on Masonic Homes, and their ladies, will host three Masonic reunions for Pennsylvania Freemasons who now reside in Florida permanently or during the winter months. The purpose of the reunions is to increase awareness about the expansion of services and opportunities provided through the Masonic Homes of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.

The reunion on Thursday, Feb. 27, will be held in the Tampa Airport Marriott. On Friday, Feb. 28, it will be in the Sahib Shrine Center, Sarasota, and on Mar. 1, in the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott.

All three reunions will include a reception at 11 a.m., lunch at noon, a program at 1 p.m., and a social hour from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. During each program, Grand Master Cunningham will award 50-year Emblems of Gold to Brethren in Florida.

Also during the program, Joseph E. Murphy, C.E.O. of the Masonic Homes, and members of the Masonic Homes' staff will share important, helpful information about the benefits and full continuum of services provided for Masons, their families, and others by the Masonic Homes in Elizabethtown, Sewickley, and Warminster. Bro. Murphy also will share information about services at the Masonic Home of Pennsylvania at Lafayette Hill, as that community will unite with the Masonic Homes of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania on Jan. 1, 2004.

Invitations to attend one of the reunions were being sent early in January to Pennsylvania Masons residing in Florida. If a Pennsylvania Mason residing in Florida has not received an invitation, he should call (717) 367-1121, ext. 33488.
