R.W.G.M.

Within two hours of his installation, Robert L. Dluge, Jr., R.W. Grand Master, was received in his home lodge, Elysburg Lodge No. 414, during an informal visitation at a special meeting in Hershey. Accompanying the new R.W. Grand Master for the visitation were the elected and appointed officers of Grand Lodge as well as the R.W. Past Grand Masters, District Deputy Grand Masters, other appointed Grand Lodge personnel, and the distinguished guests who attended the Annual Grand Communication. Grand Master Dluge and the Grand Lodge officers are pictured retiring from the lodge room after the reception.

The brethren assured that Grand Master Dluge would be well equipped to command order and govern Freemasonry in Pennsylvania. In the course of the ceremonies, he was presented with three gavels: the first by his father, Bro. Robert L. Dluge, Sr.; the second by the 58th Masonic District; and the third, which was carved in the shape of a model train engine, by Bro. William Weisser.
