Dallas
The first residents of the Masonic Village at Dallas's Walther Apartments moved into their new home on Oct. 31, and already have enjoyed a number of social events with their neighbors in the cottages down the lane.

There are still some apartment homes and cottages available for immediate reservation at this new active retirement community. Start off the New Year with a resolution to make arrangements to move in, in time to watch the beautiful landscaping bloom on the adjoining golf course.

The first residents of the Sycamore South Apartments are expected to move into their homes in mid-January. Currently, there are still some choice apartments available for immediate reservation in the Sycamore North Building, expected to open at the end of March. This means that you would NOT have to be placed on a priority list, but could move into your new home within months!

Lafayette Hill
If you haven't yet had an opportunity to tour the NEW Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, you'll be amazed at what you'll see! The entire community has been remodeled, and the results are outstanding.

While the 18 of the 21 newly renovated deluxe apartments have been reserved, pre-marketing has begun for 85 new deluxe apartments proposed to be built and connected to the existing building, based on interest levels. The Masonic Village at Sewickley is now approximately 98 percent full, which means there are only a few select accommodations available for immediate reservation. A waiting list will soon be developed in the near future.
