The Sun is rising on a new threshold in Masonry.
Share the Light - a phrase you will be hearing and seeing during my two years as your Grand Master - on vehicles, on letterheads, on signs, in the Pennsylvania Freemason, on the internet, in brochures, on golf shirts, in conversations, on lapel pins, and in blue lodges.
And I ask you, our members, to Share the Light of our great fraternity, with all it offers to humanity, with your family, friends, and neighbors as we launch a massive, exciting campaign to increase the membership in Pennsylvania by 10% commencing on January 1, 2004 and building to a crescendo that culminates with the Man to Mason state-wide, one-day conferral of the three blue lodge degrees on Saturday, October 2, 2004. I look forward to initiating 10,000 new members which will involve over 30,000 Masons serving as recommenders, mentors, investigating committees, administrative personnel, and background support. Share the Light brethren and be a part of this fraternal building team of dedicated Masons who will turn this Fraternity around.
The Masonic CHIP Program will begin in 2004. It is a comprehensive one-stop child identification program. Read more about it click here.
August 10 through August 15, 2004, our motorcycling Masons will travel to the annual motorcycle festival in Sturgis, South Dakota. Reservations are now being accepted.
We hope you like the new look of the Pennsylvania Freemason which is giving birth to a new look in the administration of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and the modernization of the fraternity in Pennsylvania.
I wish each and every one of you my sincere best wishes for health and happiness in the New Year.
Yours, in Sharing the Light. . .
