Meeting Notice

Stated Meeting: On Monday evening, May 5, 2008 at 7:00 o’clock P.M., a Stated Meeting of Richard Vaux-Ivanhoe Lodge No. 384, Free and Accepted Masons, will be held in Egyptian Hall, Masonic Temple, One North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

Program:

One Entered Apprentice and One and one Fellow Craft Mason’s Degrees will be conferred.

Action will be had upon one Petition for Initiation and Membership.

All brethren celebrating their Masonic birthdays this month are especially encouraged to attend and be recognized by the Worshipful Master.

Dinner: Dinner will be at 6:00 o’clock P.M. in the Downstairs Banquet Room before the Lodge opens for business. There is a $10.00 co-pay for members.

Extra Meeting: On Thursday evening, May 22, 2008 at 7:00 o’clock P.M., an Extra Meeting of Richard Vaux-Ivanhoe Lodge No. 384, Free and Accepted Masons, for conferring degrees, will be held in Renaissance Hall, Masonic Temple, One North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

One Entered Apprentice and Two Master Mason’s Degrees will be conferred.

Dinner: Dinner will be at 5:30 o’clock P.M. at Chili’s, NE corner of 13th and Filbert Streets, before the Lodge opens for business. There is a $5.00 co-pay for members.

MASONIC SCHOOLS OF INSTRUCTION

A Sectional Meeting of the Schools of Instruction for Region One will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Masonic Temple, One North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. Registration is at 7:45 A.M. Lodge Officers, floor workers, School Officers, and Instructors are expected to attend. All Master Masons are welcome to attend. The three degrees, the business of the Lodge, the funeral service, and the examination of a visitor will be exemplified.

The Temple Masonic School of Instruction meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Grand Temple, Philadelphia.

The Jenkintown Masonic School of Instruction meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Jenkintown Masonic Temple, 443 Old York Road, Jenkintown.

The Roxborough Masonic School of Instruction meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Roxborough Masonic Temple, 344 Conarroe Street, Roxborough, Philadelphia.

The Tacony Masonic School of Instruction meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Tacony Masonic Temple, 4400 Magee Avenue, Philadelphia

All officers desiring advancement must attend this school for certification in their degree work. All Master Masons are invited to attend.

Lodge dues for 2008 are due by the January Stated Meeting for the year in advance. A bill for dues was included with the November printed Notice. Mail your check to your Lodge Secretary. Your 2008 dues card will be mailed with the following month’s Lodge printed notice.
