He served as Worshipful Master in 1978. He has also served as Representative In The Grand Lodge for Peter A.B. Widener Lodge No. 671, and also presently serves as The Steward Of The Stephen Girad Charity Fund. He possesses a vast background of Masonic service and experience. In August of 1993 he planned and supervised all
security operations for the Grand Lodge Of During the years 1996 - 1997 he served as Chairman of The Grand Lodge Security Committee under R.W.G.M. Edward O. Weisser. In 1997 he planned and supervised all security operations of the Grand Lodge Ceremony of the Dedication of the New Shriners Hospital on Broad Street in Philadelphia, and also planned and supervised all security operations for the Grand Lodge Rededication of the Washington Monument at Valley Forge. Brother Stanley is married to his wife, Judith with
whom he shares the delight of having three children and four grandchildren.
He is a Retired Inspector with the Philadelphia Police Department where he

in March of 1990. He served as Worshipful Master in 1995,
and an additional term as Senior Warden in 1999. In 1996 he was elected
Chairman of The Permanent Charity Fund and served in that capacity through
2000. He has served on the Committee on Instruction since 1996 and has been
serving as an Instructor at the He is an active participant in the Ritualistic Work, having conferred more than 68 Degrees during his Masonic career and welcomes the opportunity to "give back" by imparting the knowledge to others who seek it. He is a lover of the Arts and is an avid photographer
and social dancer. Photography has been in his blood as long as he can
remember, while dance is a more recent addition to his interests. In the past

Brother Harle Entered Peter A. B. Widener Lodge No.671 in June, 1976 and was subsequently Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason in October of the same year. He holds the distinction of being the recipient of the Chapel of Four Chaplains Award. He served 5 years in the South Pacific from
January, 1941 to January, 1945, with 2 years in the area of New Guina while a member of the United States Navy where he
attained the rank of 1st Class Petty Officer. He joined the Marine Corps
Reserve in 1945 and was subsequently called to active duty from 1950 to 1952.
He retired from the armed service in 1956. Working for the Brother Harle's Masonic roots run deep as his father, Frank was a 62 year member of St Albans Lodge No. 529, and his mother Elsie was a 83 year member of the Order of The Eastern Star.
