Brethren and Friends of Fernwood Lodge,
         I am honored to serve as Worshipful Master of the Lodge in this, our 135th year.  After having a great 2009, I hope to continue Fernwood's strong tradition and I would like to thank all of the members for their dedicated support of our great Lodge.  Fernwood holds their Stated Meeting in Ionic Hall every second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm and our District School of Instruction meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm, except for the months of July, August and December.  
          We welcome guests frequently and encourage our members to bring their friends from other Lodges.  I would like to invite all of our members and their families to participate in this year's events, which will include Ladies Night, Family Night, Summer BBQ, and more.  I look forward to continuing our long visitation tradition with Mt. Pickering Lodge.  In 2010, I would like to see our membership continue to grow while engaging longtime members.  I hope to see as many Brethren as possible this year and encourage all the members to bring a friend to visit, learn the Work, bring new members into Freemasonry, and become more active as Officers.
