ACTIVITIES OF SPRING CITY LODGE #553

Spring City Lodge holds a stated meeting on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm. In addition to the normal business associated with running any organization (reading minutes, paying bills) we usually have a speaker or educational program. Except for the meetings of June and December, meals are served preceding the meeting at 6:30 pm. Our annual banquet is held on the first Friday of December at 6:30 pm.

Informal ritual rehearsals are held each Monday night at 7:00 pm. Dress is casual. In addition to ritualistic practice, Monday nights are used to discuss plans for upcoming events.

Social and charitable events are at the discretion of the Worshipful Master, the Officers, and the members. For the past two years, Spring City Lodge has attended Reading Phillies baseball games in the summer. We have also attended church as a group, and marched in local parades. Our Lodge has participated in a number of charitable endeavors in recent years. The following are a few examples:

Spring City Lodge is as active as our members want it to be. The Worshipful Master, Officers and members are interested in your ideas. If you have any suggestions, please e-mail our Lodge secretary.
