Your Party, Your Caterer, Our Hall!
Due to recent changes, St. James Lodge No. 457 can now offer
our two halls for rental for your special event.
We are located at 1445 Market Street, Beaver, Pennsylvania.

Our large hall has seating available for up to 185 guests
and our smaller hall has seating available for up to 80 guests.
Both halls are accessed via the parking lot entrance and are
handicapped accessible. And, if needed, we can also provide
wheel chairs and walkers at no additional cost.
We do not provide catering but do have a full kitchen that
can be made available for an additional charge. Additionally,
a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, large coffee pot, plates
and silverware are available for use at no additional charge.
Cleanup of the hall, and any property of the Lodge used for
the event, is the responsibility of the renter.
Our entire building is a non-smoking facility. And, free on-site
parking is available for approximately 150 vehicles.
Effective September 1, 2009, the charges for hall rental are
as follows;

In the event that you have a group or organization that would
like to rent either of our halls on an on-going basis, discounts
can be made available.
