Brief Employment History:
  • Insurance Broker with Howard Hanna
  • Insurance Services since October 1989
  • Prior to that, taught Science and coached Cross-country & track at Hopewell High

Educational History:
  • BA Degree in Biology & Education from Thiel College in 1969
  • 27 graduate credits in Education and Biology from Slippery Rock State, Bethany College, and Ball State University
  • 26 hours in Accounting from Robert Morris University
  • Passed all four parts of the CPA exam
  • 30 hours in Graduate Business School at Pitt
  • Earned the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America

    • Served as Worshipful Master in 1979
  • Was appointed District Deputy Grand Master of The 37th Masonic District in 1999 and served the Seven year term
