Here are posted various Masonic Law scenarios which were created and used as examples by Bro. William Kingsbury, DDGM C, partner at Montgomery McCracken.
Scenario 1:
Bro. Smith is a member in good standing of Maple Street Lodge No. 100. At the invitation of Bro. Jones, a member of Cherry Street Lodge No. 200, Bro. Smith accompanies Bro. Jones on the evening of Cherry Street Lodge's Stated Meeting. Which of the following statements is correct?
- Bro. Smith has a right to visit Cherry Street Lodge and attend the meeting.
- The Master of Cherry Street Lodge may admit him as a visitor as an act of courtesy.
- Bro. Jones must obtain a Grand Lodge Certificate prior to inviting Bro. Smith to visit Cherry Street Lodge.
