Lodge Approves Funds In Support Of DeMolay
At the June 1999 Stated Meeting, Westmoreland Lodge approved the donation of $100.00 to Westmoreland Chapter, Order of DeMolay. The check was presented to Lee R. Terrill, Master Councilor, and son of Brother Richard Terrill, by Bro. Anthony Daversa, Worshipful Master at our June Stated Meeting. Better communication has been a recent goal for Westmoreland Lodge and Westmoreland Chapter, with several members of our lodge acting as Advisors to the DeMolay chapter, we hope this greater communication will continue to grow. Westmoreland Chapter presented a program for our May Stated Meeting preforming some of the ritual work of DeMolay for the members of our lodge. Currently, Westmoreland Chapter, Order of DeMolay meets on the first and third Sunday of each month at 7:00 PM in the lodge room of the Greensburg Masonic Center. We invite all members of the lodge to attend a DeMolay meeting whenever possible. The positive examples we as Freemasons can demonstrate to these young men will leave a lasting impression. 1998 Charity Project Nets $10,800 For Area Youth
