District Deputy Grand Master Return Home
Brother John D Cook was installed as District Deputy Grand Master for the Third Masonic District during the Annual Grand Communication of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania on December 27th, 2011. He is a Past Master and Secretary of George Washington Lodge Number 143 of Chambersburg.
Brother Cook is a sales manager for Essis and Sons Carpet One of Chambersburg. John is a former Police Officer and Corrections Officer.
In addition to his service to George Washington Lodge, John is Past High Priest of George Washington Chapter Number 176 and Past President of the Franklin County High Twelve Club Number 726. He is also a member of George Washington Council Number 66, Continental Commandry Number 56, Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Shrine, Franklin County Shrine Club, Shippensburg Scottish Rite Club, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Order of Athlestan, Bryn Athyn Quarry and AMD.
