Secretary of the Lodge

The Secretary of the Lodge is the keeper of the records of the Lodge. The Secretary of the Lodge is the person who sends out the monthly notices, and the person who takes minutes of the meetings. All official communications with the Lodge should be sent to the Secretary of the Lodge.
Contrary to popular opinion the Secretary is the most important position in a Lode of Masons for it the Secretary does not do his duties the Lodge will cease to exist.
The Secretary of the Lodge sits, usually at a desk, in the Northeast at the right hand of the Worshipful Master in the East with the Senior Deacon between them.
The Secretary of the Lodge may be assisted by an Assistant Secretary, if one has been appointed by the Worshipful Master of the Lodge.
As of 27 December 2008 the Secretary of Wilmington Lodge No. 804 is:
Frank J. Antoniazzi Jr. PM
The Secretary can be contacted by US Mail at:
Frank J. Antoniazzi Jr.
Secretary of Wilmington Lodge No. 804
189 State Route 18
New Wilmington, Pennsylvania 16142
Or by Email at:
SECY@pagrandlodge.org or at silver4me@verizon.net
Email is checked almost every day. This is the best way to contact the Secretary.
The Secretary of Wilmington Lodge No. 804 may be contacted on a hit or miss basis by phone at:
724-658-0172
This is a home phone number and is answered if the Secretary is home and if he feels like answering the phone at the time it rings, which is not real often. Please do not call me before 7 AM or after 11 PM. This phone is not answered during normal working hours and there is no answering machine attached to the phone. A call before 7 AM will result in a rather unpleasant greeting as the current Secretary is more of a night person who likes to sleep until the last possible moment. Do note even think about calling before 7 AM unless you are delivering me a large amount of Gold or Silver or Cash that must be delivered before 8 AM.
Email or USMAIL works best.
