The Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania is the parent organization of all Pennsylvania Subordinate Lodges.  The Subordinate Lodges must follow the rulings of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.

The guidelines for a Pennsylvania Lodge are given in the Ahiman Rezon and in the Digest of Decisions.  Every Lodge in Pennsylvania has at least four copies of these publications.
