This seems to be a college fraternity that has at least an informal spiritual tie to Freemasonry. 

Here is a copy of a letter received by the Secretary of Wilmington Lodge during March or April of 2009.  This letter is a request for donations to help this fraternity recover from a fire last Thanksgiving.  Any Brethren who would like to contribute should contact the the fraternity at the address shown in the letter. I, the Secretary of the Lodge,  know nothing about this fraternity and had never even heard of it until receiving the letter.

Govern yourselves accordingly.

Due to the repairs needed on our building I cannot see us being able to assist them at this time.
