Wilmington Lodge No. 804 is planning to join the NWACOC and perhaps participate in its business expo during 2012.  We had planned on joining for 2011 but the letter from the NWACOC said that the enrollment time was only during January so we decided to wait until January 2012 to join in accordance with their instructions on their application letter.  I have no idea why they only want people to join during January.
