Water Witching 

Water Witching is a term used for the process of finding underground water, and other things, through the use of a forked stick, bent welding rods or other items.

Other terms used for Water Witching are Divining and Dowsing.

Water Witching seems to have been done for perhaps thousands of years, or longer.

Some say Water Witching works, some say Water Witching does not work.

Some say the ability to find water from Water Witching is a gift from God while others say that it is a gift from Satan.

Water Witching has not been scientifically proved to rigorous scientific standards, however it does seem to work. 

I have witnessed it being done and have seen nothing but positive results.  I have also tried it and have felt the strong pull that the underground water exerts on the stick.  The pull can be tremendous.

Like Freemasonry there is a lot of information that praises Water Witching and a lot that condemns Water Witching.

Govern yourselves accordingly.  Be a Freethinker on this one.
