Vulcan

Vulcan was the Ancient Roman God of fire and of metal working.

Vulcan also governed volcanoes.  He is said to make volcanoes erupt when his consort Venus is unfaithful.  Thus we can blame the Goddess Venus for the Eruption of Volcanoes.

Vulcan was also known as Mulciver, meaning smelter, in Roman mythology.

Vulcan was known as Sethlans in Etruscan mythology.

Vulcan is celebrated on his Feast Day which is August 23, also known as Volcanalia.

Vulcan was identified with the Greek God of fire and smithing, Hephaestus.

Seems to have been another name used for Tubal Cain.
