Diana Vaughn
The fictional High Priestess of the fictional Luciferan Masonry created by Leo Taxil in his successful attempt to embarrass the Catholic Church.
She was said to be the offspring of a man and Vesus-Astarte. She is said to have had her, or her father's life, extended by 33 years for these demonic ideas. Note that 33 is the highest degree in Freemasonry that existed at that time. Of course Vesus was the name of the Goddess of Love and Beauty.
She was said by Leo Taxil to have betrothed herself to the Demon Asmodeus who then consecrated her as the High Priestess of Masonry in the presence of Albert Pike.
All of this was untrue and presented by Leo Taxil in his attempt to embarrass the Catholic Church who seemed to believe his stories. Perhaps they still believe his lies since they still hate the Freemasons. Perhaps the Catholic Church is so embarrassed over being fooled by Leo Taxil that it cannot admit that his story was a hoax. Who knows.
