Ultimate Goal of Life
The Ultimate Goal of Life is Death so that the human body can become food of some other form of life.
This is a necessary ultimate goal so that our bodies may become Food for Worms, or at least for some other creature so that it, or they, may have nourishment to survive and reproduce. Then it will be their turn to die and become food for something else, perhaps for more humans.
In the end all humans will eventually be consumed by some other form of life. Being made into a mummy or even embalming only postpones the inevitable for a rather short period of time. There is no need to fight it. You will in the end be consumed by another life form.
Perhaps those who fried, burned, melted or vaporized in the Atomic Bombing became something else but since they were basically simply carbon units like all other life forms, the remaining parts of them were probably consumed by some form of life. If they became CO2 they may have become part of a tree and may now be part of the Mantle over your fireplace or even be a part of the food that you ate for dinner.
Life forms are not wasted since they become food for something else when they die.
The process repeats over and over.
If you do not like the idea of losing your life so that another life form may live, too bad for you, since it will happen even if you do not like the idea. You can postpone your body being used for perhaps a few years by special entombment or by being place in a slab of plastic like a valuable coin. Perhaps your body could be traded like any other raw material on an open market and bid upon like coins or tomatoes at an auction. The value of the chemical elements in the human body may be as high as a couple of dollars. Might be an idea to try.
It is up to you to decide the method that will be used when you die to turn your then worthless carcass into something valuable like fertilizer for worms or other life forms. Perhaps your skin, or other body parts, may be used to help another human being have a better life by being transplanted onto or into them.
Ultimately
1) You are born with having no say in the process
2) You live for a period of time and hopefully have some fun and do some good for mankind
3) You die probably at an unexpected time which you probably did not choose.
4) Your body, now rubbish or trash, is disposed of so it can become food for some other form of life.
5) Any monetary assets will be fought over by anyone who has a chance of getting them. Lawyers and the Government will get most of your assets.
6) Perhaps you will have 'everlasting' life after death if your religion is correct and if you have done everything needed to please the Supreme Being known by whatever ever name you have chosen to use for He, She, or It. According to some religions the more money you gave to that religion during your lifetime the more likely you are to have an everlasting life. Give me a lot of cash and even I will be willing to tell you that you are blessed and will go to whatever heaven you wish to go to after death!
Mathematically it is perhaps possible that given enough time all the same atoms that are in your body now could perhaps become reunited again and thus you could perhaps be the same again. Try not to loose sleep waiting for it to happen.
Perhaps, as many people believe, we even have a so-called Soul that can live forever. Perhaps! Where does the soul, if it really exists, go after the death of the body? Has it any mass or weight? Do all people have souls? Do other animals have souls?
