Trustees of the Lodge

The Trustees of the Lodge, at least in Pennsylvania, are usually three long time members of the Lodge and usually Past Masters of the Lodge, who are elected at the December Stated meeting to take control of any investment money that the Lodge may have except for those monies that are in the hands of the Treasurer of the Lodge.

The Trustees of the Lodge have control of the Permanent Fund, the Permanent Charity Fund and the Permanent Fund Income Fund, in addition to Certificates of Deposit and any other Investments the Lodge may hold.

The Trustees of the Lodge must give a Trustees Report each year to the Lodge, usually about February.

The Trustees of the Lodge are elected for term of one year and can be elected again for additional terms.
